Ningbo has recently issued a recall for its commercial electric 15-amp triplex outlet converters, because the outlet converters front outlet prongs are not configured correctly, resulting in reverse polarity when plugs inserted, posing shock and fire hazards.
The products were sold at Home Depot stores and online at www.HomeDepot.com.
What you can do
