H-E-B has recently issued a recall for its GTC halogen light bulbs, because, according to the CPSC, the halogen light bulbs can shatter while in use in a lamp or light fixture.
The recalled products can be identified by the following UPC numbers:

4122084562; 4122029652; 4122029783;
4122065177; 4122030062; 4122017464;
4122017397; 4122065271; 4122017418
They were sold at H-E-B stores in Texas.
