Kaz has recently issued a recall for its Stinger BK series Insect Zapper electric insect/mosquito zappers, because, according to the CPSC, the insect kill grid can detach inside the housing, posing a shock risk.
The recalled products can be identified by their model numbers BK510v3 (ULG510YTG), BK310v3 (ULG310YTG), and BK110v3 (ULG110YTG). They were sold at Home Depot, Ace Hardware, other stores nationwide, and online.
