Graco has recently issued a recall for its Graco Table2Table™ 6-in-1 highchairs, because, according to the CPSC, its rear legs can pivot out of position making the chair unstable and posing a fall risk. The products can be identified by the model number 1969721.
The recalled products were sold at Walmart stores nationwide.
