Ground Beef Recall Overview:
All American Meats Inc. is recalling approximately 167,000 pounds of ground beef, because it may be contaminated with E. Coli. The issue was found on October 30, 2015 during a routine testing from the Department of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS)
To date, there have been no reports of illnesses caused by the consumption of the meat.
It is unclear which retailers are affected, but consumers can see the labels on the FSIS website.

Where Was the Ground Beef Sold:
The products subject to recall bear establishment number “EST. 20420” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide.
When asked, the FSIS said that the recall is too new and they do not know for certain which retailers have been affected. Once they know which retailers were a part of the recall, they will update accordingly.
