McDonald’s has recalled a Hello Kitty-themed toy whistle issued at their stores.
These “birthday lollipop” whistles pose a potential choking hazard to children.
Between October 2014 and the first week of November 2014, the whistles were
administered with Happy Meals and Mighty Kids Meals.
Approximately 2.3 million units were distributed in the United States, and around 200,000 in Canada.
