Hy-Vee, Inc. has recently issued a recall for its Hy-Vee Spring Pasta Salad, because, according to the FDA, it may be contaminated with Salmonella.
Salmonella can cause some symptoms such as fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
The recalled products were sold in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
