Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. has recently issued a recall for its vegetable trays containing fresh broccoli, cauliflower, celery sticks, carrots, and dill dip, because, according to the FDA, they may contain Cyclospora. This parasite can cause the intestinal illness Cyclosporiasis.
The recalled products were sold at Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, Demond’s, Sentry, Potash, Meehan’s, Country Market, Food Max Supermarket and Peapod in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
What you can do
