Hodgson Mill of Effingham is recalling its Unbleached All-Purpose White Wheat Flour (5 lb.), because, according to the FDA, they may contain E. coli. This bacteria can cause symptoms like acute, often bloody diarrheal illness and abdominal cramps.

The recalled products can be identified by the UPC number 0-7518-05009-2, and the lot numbers 001042 & 005517.
