Shoes for Crews has recently issued a recall for its ACE work boots, because, according to the CPSC, the work boots were advertised as puncture-resistant, but were not manufactured with the puncture-resistant plate, posing an injury hazard to users.
The products can be identified by the style numbers #76054 and #77667, and they were sold at Shoes For Crews catalog and website.
What you can do
Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled products and contact the company for a refund. The company can be reached at 888-770-7018 or at www.shoesforcrews.com.
