Matrix Fireworks has recently issued a recall for its Jumbo Fireworks “Surprise Fountain”, because, according to the CPSC, they are overloaded with pyrotechnics intended to produce an audible effect, resulting in a greater than expected explosion, posing burn and explosion hazards to consumers.
The products were sold at Matrix Fireworks of Wahpeton, N.D.
What you can do
