IKEA has recently issued a recall for its KULLEN 3-drawer chests, because, according to the CPSC, the recalled chest is unstable if it is not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that may result in death or serious injuries to children.
The recalled products were sold at IKEA stores nationwide and online at ikea-usa.com. They can be identified by the article numbers 600-930-58, 501-637-54, and 803-221-34.
