LÍLLÉbaby has recently issued a recall for its Active series baby carriers, because, according to the CPSC, the sliding chest-clip strap can detach from the shoulder strap, posing a fall hazard risk.
The recalled products were sold at LILLEbaby.com and Amazon.com. The CPSC has received three reports of incidents, and in one of them a child that fell out of the carrier.
