Bestherbs Coffee LLC has recently issued a voluntary recall of all lots of New Kopi Jantan Tradisional Natural Herbs coffee.
FDA laboratory tests confirmed the presence of desmethyl carbodenafil, which is similar to the active ingredient in Viagra, commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction.
These substances could interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.
The label does not say that it contains milk, which could be dangerous, even deadly, to people who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Those who consumed the product should stop the use immediately and see their doctor.
The product can be returned to Bestherbs Coffee LLC, 4250 Claremont Dr, Grand Priarie, Texas 75052. A refund will be issued.
