Manhattan Toy has recently issued a recall for its “Find the Bear” soft fabric books, because, according to the CPSC, a metal grommet used to attach a fabric flap to a page in the book can detach, posing a choking risk.
The recalled products can be identified by the lot code “208150 AJ”. They were sold at Independent specialty retailers nationwide and online at Amazon.com, Buybuybaby.com, Manhattentoy.com and other websites.
