Thomas the Train toy violation

CPSC.gov confirms recent Thomas the Train toy violation.
This was a “Lead in Children’s Product” violation, where the protocol is
to “stop sale and correct future production.”

April, 2015 is the date of the violation.

DailyRecall.com spoke directly with a senior member of the CPSC to receive
clarity on the nature of the violation and how a violation compares to an actual recall.
A violation is not classified as a formal recall, and provided the Company in question stops
selling all items in violation and future production of the item is fixed, the new, compliant product can continue to be distributed.

The CPSC nor DailyRecall.com were able to produce an official picture of the exact Thomas the Train toy. We put a call in to DROCNOC USA CORP of Flushing, NY, but have not heard back from them.
Below, please find a link with the product number and contact information for the USA firm.
