TruPet Recalls Dog Food Due To Salmonella Risk

TruPet has recently issued a recall for its Boost Me Mighty Meaty Beef Topper Meal Enhancer, because, according to a FDA report, it might be contaminated with Salmonella.

Consumers can identify the recalled product by the lot number #20190531 13815.

Salmonella has the potential to infect dogs and humans, and its symptoms are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or bloody diarrhea, abdominal cramping and fever for humans and decreased appetite, fever and abdominal pain for pets.
