Emerson Tool Company has recently issued a recall for its RIDGID NXT wet/dry vacuums, because, according to the CPSC, the on/off switch can become dislodged and expose energized wiring, posing a shock risk.
The recalled products can be identified by the model numbers HD06000 (6-gallon) and HD09000 (9-gallon). They were sold at The Home Depot stores nationwide and online at www.homedepot.com.
