Fireworks Over America has recently issued a recall for its Serious Spinout Multi-Effect Fireworks because the lit firework can tip over and fire shells at bystanders, posing burn, fire and impact hazards to consumers.
The products can be identified by the code FOA 2773.
They were sold nationwide at Fireworks Over America wholesale distribution centers and retail fireworks stores, tents, and stands.
What you can do
