Meijer has recently issued a recall for its Falls Creek Kids branded children’s zip up hoodies, because, according to the CPSC, the zipper slider can detach from the hoodie, posing a choking hazard to young children.
The recalled products were sold in five colors: navy with white and orange striped sleeves, teal with white and navy striped sleeves, gray with a football play graphic, olive green with a bear graphic and gray girl’s hoodie with ruffled trim. They were sold at Meijer stores nationwide.
