Dog Treats Are Recalled Due To Elevated Levels of Thyroid Hormone

The J.M. Smucker Company is recalling its Milo’s Kitchen® dog treats, because, according to the FDA, they may contain high levels of a hormone called beef thyroid hormone.

The elevated levels of this hormone could cause some symptoms like increased thirst and urination, weight loss, increased heart rate and restlessness.

The recalled products can be identified by the UPC numbers 0 7910051822 7; 0 7910051823 4; 0 7910052776 2; 0 7910052126 5.
