Graco Strollers

Graco Children’s Products is recalling the Breeze Model Stroller after the company received 11 reports of finger injuries, including 6 reports of fingertip amputation. This recall is effective in Canada, Mexico, and the United States. They’ve been sold at Target, Toys R Us, and Walmart or bought online at Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and others.

Models include Aspen, Breeze, Capri, Cirrus, Glider, Kite, LiteRider, Sierra, Solara, Sterling, and TravelMate. These products have a manufacturing date between August 1, 2000 to September 25, 2014. The date of manufacture (and model number) is labeled on the the stroller leg barely above the rear wheel. All models are made for single-occupants. While waiting for a repair kit, caregivers should exercise extreme caution when unfolding the stroller and be certain the hinges are firmly locked before placing a child in the stroller. Immediately remove the child from any stroller that begins to fold. Keep their fingers away from the hinges.
